معاين هو التطبيق الأول في المملكة العربية السعودية، والذي يمكّنك من فحص ومعاينة العقارات سواء كانت لغرض البيع أو الاستئجار، بأيدي أشخاص مؤهلين ومعتمدين من الهيئة السعودية للمقيمين المعتمدين.
معاين هو تطبيق يساعد على إنجاز حركة المعاينات العقارية بكل يسر وسهولة وبطريقة تضمن تحقيق المتطلبات المهنية والمعايير المتبعة في ذلك، كما يخدم كافة شرائح المجتمع من أفراد ومؤسسات وشركات وجهات حكومية وجهات تمويلية.
لماذا معاين؟
تم إنشاء تطبيق معاين للأسباب التالية:
- تدني مستوى الكفاءة المهنية لعملية التقييم وذلك لاعتماد منشآت التقييم على معاينين غير مؤهلين.
- صعوبة تحقيق متطلب ساعات الخبرة للحصول على عضوية مقيم معتمد الأمر الذي أدى لممارسات تتعارض مع ميثاق المهنة.
- ندرة وجود معايني مؤهلين في بعض المناطق وخصوصا في القرى والهجر في ظل تنامي الطلب على التمويل العقاري السكني.

- رفع كفاءة ممارسة مهنة التقييم بمختلف فروعها.
- إنجاز عمليات التقييم وفق المعايير والخطوات المطلوبة لذلك.
- المساهمة في تحقيق الإنتشار الجغرافي في مهنة المعاينة والتقييم.

Why moaayn?
A moaayn app was created for the following reasons:
